Meet The Team
Cindy Hsiung
President
I am a dedicated mother of three kids with a passion to community service. My children and I have volunteered at various places, including McDonald's Children's Hospital and community nursing homes, and have raised funds for the Helen Woodward Animal Center. Our goal to enrich our children's lives has expanded into organizing youth activities and community events. In 2023, we founded i-Spark Enrichment to offer children opportunities in music, art, and science, aiming to inspire a lasting passion for learning and creativity.
Emily Fang
Secretary and Instructor
Born in Taiwan, Emily Fang studied cello with Monzhin Sergei Sergeevich at the Taipei National University of the Arts and received her bachelor’s degree in Music. She was awarded full scholarship to study with Mihai Tetel at the Hartt School of Music and received her Graduate Performance Diploma in Music. Emily performed with orchestras and students in many music halls including the National Concert Hall in Taiwan, the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York, the Bushnell Performing Arts Center in Hartford and the Mandeville Auditorium at UCSD.
As a certified Suzuki cello teacher, she has taught and inspired numerous young musicians for over ten years.

Teresa Han
Chief Financial Officer
Teresa Han is originally from Taiwan and holds a degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Oklahoma. A devoted mother of two, she is passionate about music and actively involved in community service. In 2024, she joined i-Spark Enrichment as Chief Financial Officer, bringing both heart and expertise to the organization. Teresa is excited to step into this role and looks forward to contributing to the growth and success of i-Spark’s mission.
Olivia Lee
Assistant/Co-Website Manager
Olivia is a 7th grader at Marshall Middle School. She helps Jolina design and manage the website for i-Spark Enrichment and also takes the role as an assistant. She has played cello since the age of five and violin since the age of nine and likes to perform on stage. Olivia passed cello CM level 5 with state honors awarded in 2024. In her free time, Olivia enjoys playing with her golden retriever, sketching, and writing her book. She also participates in her school's Science Olympiad team and StretchForYourFreedom.

Jolina Jian
Website Manager
Jolina Jian is a freshman at Canyon Crest Academy. She manages the websites for i-Spark Enrichment, Jessie’s Art Studio, and Brushstrokes for Biodiversity. In her free time, she enjoys caring for her chinchillas and playing the piano. Last year, she passed the Certificate of Merit (CM) Level 8 in piano. Jolina also loves competing in Science Olympiad and participating in science fairs
